Our projects have included training members of academia and non-profits on strategic planning and leading a team of trainers for the Army. nFocus Solutions


nFocus Solutions – Working as a teaming partner and sub-contractor on the CAC-Omnibus contract vehicle at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas with nFocus Solutions we have accomplished a lot! Our major teaming efforts include: Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) Sustainment – 2015-present. Patton Leadership provides CATS Analysts, Subject Matter Expertise, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance for the deliverables CATS Development Tool – 2011-present. Serving as the Business Analyst and go between for the Government and the software developers, our Team has gathered requirements, created Design Documents (mock-ups, use cases, and business rules) and conducted testing on this platform where CATS are created for the US Army. Army Training Management System Mobile Training Team (ATMS-MTT) 2013-2014. Ms. Patton served as the Team Lead and trainer for the MTT responsible for training Army members worldwide on the use of the Digital Training Management System (DTMS).

Patton Leadership met with the owners of this rapidly growing family-owned wholesale business and crafted a plan to solve some of their management problems. Each team member was given a personality assessment and job descriptions and company organization charts were created. Positions were streamlined, cross-training and accountability procedures implemented, and a more open flow of communication practiced. The owner’s ultimate goal of retiring is on a solid path and the team is stronger because we were able to help.

KCS Coaching Skills Course – Trained members of the VA Health Resource Center in Topeka, Kansas on improving coaching skills and improving coaching skills and managing expectations. The team of Help Desk providers learned more about themselves and how they could help and support each other sharing common challenges. The result – a focused team with less stress and a shared vision to provide the best in Customer Service.
